At Fit Next Level, we focus on the most robust, research-backed markers of long-term health and aging. Our program combines VO₂max testing, strength assessment, and advanced blood biomarkers — including ApoB, HbA1c, and testosterone — to build a precise picture of your biological health.

How It Works

Comprehensive Blood Test (Start of Program)  

  • Lipid Profile with ApoB
    We assess cardiovascular risk through a full lipid profile, with a primary focus on ApoB – the most reliable marker for atherosclerotic particle burden.Total cholesterol, as well as HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, VLDL-cholesterol, and triglycerides, are included to provide a comprehensive picture.
  • HbA1c – Long-Term Blood Sugar
    HbA1c reflects your average blood glucose levels over the past 2–3 months and is a key indicator of metabolic health and diabetes risk.
  • Testosterone – Hormonal & Metabolic Insight
    Total testosterone is used to evaluate hormonal balance, energy levels, muscle mass, and metabolic function. In selected cases, we may also assess SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin), free testosterone, LH (luteinizing hormone), and FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) for a more detailed analysis.

Resting Mesurements, Body Composition & Endurance Test (2 Weeks After Blood Test)  

  • Resting Measurements – Resting heart rate and blood pressure.
  • Body Composition Scan – Measures fat percentage, lean mass, and related metrics.  
  • Endurance Performance Test – Assess aerobic capacity and cardiovascular fitness using treadmill or stationary bike.  

Strength Test & Consultation (2 Weeks After Endurance Test)  

  • Strength Test – Evaluates muscular strength using standardized functional tests (e.g., push-ups, grip strength).  
  • Consultation – A 20-minute expert session to review all results and provide personalized, data-driven recommendations.

Follow-Up VO₂max Test (3 Months After Initial Endurance Test)  

  • Reassesses cardiovascular improvements and provides an accurate measure of VO₂max (maximum oxygen consumption) using indirect calorimetry.
  • Adjust training and health plan based on new data.

Payment Terms

The program is billed annually, ensuring a full 12 months of testing, analysis and support. Our 8-month cycle structure means you receive 1-2 comprehensive blood tests per year, combined with physical tests and consultations - providing continuous insight to your health year after year.
